Equip to Serve Global Outreach Ministries (Equip to Serve) exists to fulfill the mandate of Ephesians 4:11-16 by equipping individuals, ministries, non-profits, and businesses with the tools they need to thrive. We provide educational and experiential learning opportunities, including discipleship boot camps, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and structured residency and internship programs.

As a dynamic life and ministry hub, we support new and seasoned leaders in their journey of growth and service. More than just a training center, Equip to Serve is also a sending organization—preparing, covering, and commissioning ministers to step boldly into their calling. About Our Founder
For over twenty-five years, Pastor Linda's ministry centered around teaching the Word of God and bringing hope to those who are hurting. She excels at creating welcoming environments that foster healing, encouragement, growth, and accountability. Her frank yet approachable style infuses clarity, practicality, humor with a pinch of mother whit into her interactions, making her highly sought after by individuals and ministries alike. “There is nothing I’d rather do than help people understand their true identity in Christ and live out their faith with resilient confidence,” she says. Pastor Linda is also a devoted mother, grandmother, first responder & community chaplain, and Army Veteran.
